How does it make you feel? Asking yourself this will help you associate a certain situation with feelings. In the future you'll seek to avoid the behavior that's causing the problem and this will be good for you.

What does it stop you from doing that you want to do? I'm sure that you have more control then you think. Usually the things it stops you from doing are important, and being able to solve this will lead to more opportunities for you to do these enjoyable things.
