Energy Meditation Made Really Easy To Do

Energy is defined by some to be everything that surrounds us. It is said to be everything we see, feel and experience. The majority of the religions of the world even state we are connected to the things around us. You only need to become aware of this which can be done with simple energy meditation.

You can use the technique we have talked about below to connect with all of this energy as well as your own inner psyche. This is also called your imagination by some people. It's just different names for the same thing.

Seat yourself somewhere you will be comfortable then close your eyes. Take rhythmic deep breaths for a couple of minutes while thinking positively. This will help to bring up your own positive energy. You should be thinking about all of the things you are grateful for and thanking the cosmos for you livelihood.

Now you should imagine that everything is energy. That includes the room you are currently in, the ceiling, the floor and anything else you can see. Next, picture all of those things as one single energy field. This can be envisioned as a white light or any other color you choose.

Next, imagine yourself as one with all of that energy. Visualize as much energy as you possibly can and see your body slowly evaporate into the energy field as this formation comes full circle. You should now be feeling an overwhelming sense of peace almost as if you finally have all the answers.

Once you have reached this state of total peace you can imagine that energy returning to its normal form. This process helps you to come back to the conscious world. You should then stay silent, with eyes closed, for a few minutes before getting up to help the transition to the current time. - 31856
